Prosecco ‘08’, Pale straw in colour, enhanced by a crystal crisp lingering bead that brings out the exquisitely subtle pear citrus white flesh fruit and white – petalled flower overtones. Fruity, pleasantly dry and superbly fresh on the palate, perfectly waited texture whilst combining gentle acidity and a lively, creamy fizziness.
