TASTING NOTE
This one starts off subdued but quietly builds. There’s a subtle hint of bacon-like oak, succulent berry fruit, hints of spices and herbs, and smooth, seamless texture backed by fine tannins.

Fruit: Hand picked from our Dixon’s Creek vineyard, Yarra Valley. Cropping level adjusted to 2.5 tonnes per acre.
Winemaking: Aged in French oak barriques for 12 months.
