All of the Summerhouse wines are ‘single vineyard’ and will remain so. Heather and Meric’s property will be the only source of fruit used in the production of their wines. Keeping a small focussed range and concentrating on fruit quality will ensure that the wines offer wonderful purity of fruit flavour and an obvious reflection of the grape variety, region and vineyard.
