For this Vintage we selected fruit from our low cropping Ingleburn block near Willunga and our Little Road vineyard at Whites Valley for this outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Black plum, ripe blackberry, mint and violets, complemented by subtle cedary oak notes.

Palate: exhibits rich tangy mulberry, red currant and dark cherry flavours with hints of herbaceous/briary fruit, all enhanced by firm tannins and perfectly integrated French Oak maturation.

Meals: Enjoy with venison, veal, lamb or wagyu beef.

Cellar: Approachable now or cellar for up to 10 years under the right conditions.
