Trillians Sparkling Riesling 2007

Polish Hill River in the Clare Valley. Named “Trillians” after the hills the winery is situated on. A mild February has resulted in wonderful flavour development and also with a slow even ripening giving natural acid retention.

Method used in production is charmat.

Tasting Notes

Aroma:  Citrus lime with hints of yeastiness.

Colour:  Bright straw with hints of green.

Palate: Fresh & lively with full rich flavours. Fine bead with a crisp dry finish. A very refreshing wine.
