From Vines grown next to the Stone Cutting Road, Polish Hill River, Clare. This is the road that the Polish people, who settled in this area, took, to get to church at Sevenhill, before their own church was built.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Berries, Plum, Spice and vanilla.
Colour: Dark red with purple hues.
Palate: Rich plum and spice characters. Fine tannins and a generous persistent palate.
