Lock Stock & Barrel Wines

This lovely textured, full-flavored wine has balanced fruit character, acid and subtle tannin dryness; all persisting through a long, lingering finish. A food lovers wine; perfect with full flavoured and robust meat based dishes.

After pressing, free-run juice was fermented as soon as possible to preserve the freshness and fruity characters.

Alc: 13.0% ph.

Tasting Notes

Palate: Fresh lemon, lime and tropical fruit characters- sweet fruit flavours that persist –but not from residual sugar.

Food Match: A truly varietal wine that drinks well on its own and also matches well with a wide range of food styles and particularly spicy Asian-influenced dishes.

When to drink: Best enjoyed whilst young and fresh.
