Odd One Out Pinot Gris 2008
This cool climate wine was crafted with grapes from the Yin Braun vineyard in north east Victoria and the famous Jim Jim vineyard in the Macedon Ranges.
Free-run juice was fermented as soon as possible after pressing to preserve the fresh, delicate fruit characters.

TASTING NOTES
Palate: A finely structured aromatic wine with crisp acidity and displaying all the hallmark apple and pear characteristics of the variety.
Food Match: Delicious on its own or match with lighter dishes such as seafood.
When to drink: Best enjoyed whilst young and fresh.
